Complaints Procedure

In the event that you are unhappy with any aspect of the course, please contact us immediately at theenglishcoursemadrid@gmail.com. The sooner we receive the complaint, the sooner we can respond to it. Complaints that come to us early will be dealt with on a case by case basis according to individual circumstances.

Complaints made at the end of the course: If the complaint is about the quality of the course, we will assess the complaint on the basis of all the feedback that is given to us by attendees – if the feedback is generally positive, then individual negative feedback will be considered in the context of the course description and whether the brief was more or less adhered to by the teacher. Unless the teacher deviated significantly from the course outline, then we will assume the course achieved its aim.
